How do I get support?

When you login to your Wordpress site you'll see a button like this:
If you click that button, a pop up will appear:
This is the most recommended way to get support - as we have set hours dedicated to online chat, so you could reach us a lot quicker going via this method. Sending a message through the dialogue box also sends us your browser details and lets us know what page you are on, so we can pinpoint the troublesome area a lot more quickly. Meaning less back and forth emails.
If you cannot find the answer in our knowledge base you can email us. To email us - please use the support@wearewhitebear.com email address only - do not CC any others into it. This inbox reaches ALL of our support team and is stored completely differently to all other emails. Meaning everything is trackable and we can keep track of progress/updates.
