How do I access Informatics?

As a premium license holder you have full access to Informatics, our reporting tool. Since we've migrated to a brand new Feedback Centre platform - we have also created a new area for Informatics. The URL is: https://beta.hw-informatics.co.uk/login

Your existing login for the old Informatics should work, but please get in touch if you need help logging in by emailing support@wearewhitebear.com
