Why doesn't the sentiment analysis add up to 100%?

When using Informatics you may notice that on the 'Sentiment Analysis' tab, which looks like this: 

In this case, the sentiment is only adding up to 82%. You might be wondering why? 

Well, this year we switched Sentiment Analysis providers after having countless issues with the previous supplier. We made the switch over to Amazon Comprehend. In their tool they look for 4 types of words 'Positive', 'Negative', 'Neutral' and 'Mixed' we haven't added the 'Mixed' percentage to the panel as we've not found it to be widely used amongst our users.  So in this situation the mixed percentage would be: 18%.

What does mixed mean?

It means that the tool had found that the piece of feedback wasnt mostly positive, negative or neutral, it was mainly a mix of all three. This could be useful in the long term, but right now we've found that clients arent using this percentage in their reports.
